Im 19, will be 20 when I pass my test.
Im thinking of getting a wee 1.2 Corsa for the first year, then fingers crossed I can get a VW beetle after that. Is it pointless? Will my car insurance even go down if I do that? Or should I just go ahead and get my 1.6 Beetle anyway?
