well i have just bought this and tryin to hook up the stereo but have no idea how the wiring is suppose to go so i was wondering if any1 could help me? xx

I had an MK3 golf a couple of years ago. Was there a stereo in it before or are the wires bare without a connector at the end?

have you checked your volkswagen repair manuals (http://www.dubautoparts.com/volkswagen-repair-manual.html)? there might be infos on how to work on those things? I'm not that familiar with all the wiring stuffs. anyways, I'll ask my friend, might help. I'll post it here as soon as I got further infos.
