does anyone know any companies that allow an under 21 to go as a named driver (not proposer) on a traders policy. i know there are companies that do this, but are very hard to find. i know a couple of guys under 21 that are on a traders, but i haven't been able to contact them in the last couple of days, so i decided to ask here. thanks in advance for any info
