Hi all,
The 92 Rover 218SD that I was given by my mate (some mate! <g>)
randomly unlocks (and more worringly if you have left the keys inside,
'locks' itself?) ?
I 'think' it's down to the wireless activation and other senders
triggering the activity. I have been standing near the car at about
9am and I hear it unlock the 3 doors (not drivers door). This is when
other folk may be remotly unlocking their own cars? It has also
happened when in a supermarket car park and camp site etc. The best
one was when it immobilised itself when we were about to drive off the
Isle of Wight ferry (like it knew or summat?) ;-(
I would be happy to just isolate the whole thing and just retain the
central locking (as I don't have an alarm fob anyway) but it all seems
pretty integrated with the immobiliser etc?
Any thoughts please (re fixing it <g>)
All the best ..
