I am currently in Ireland working (3 week contract). My Tax expires on
31 Oct, and first MOT is due on the same day. I will not be in the UK
until at least the 10th Nov.
should I just book an MOT for 11th Nov, and get Tax that afternoon,
and hope for the best? (I'm aware that I can drive to scheduled MOT
test without MOT, but will I get away with MOT in Edinburgh, and
driving there from Stranraer?)
On the Tax form, it mentions 'or equivalent' test. Does this include
Irish DoE testing?
Any advice / suggestions gratefully accepted.
