I hope that what happened to me, not happened to someone else.
I buy new car and insurance. However before The insurance letter from insurance company I received, I got little accident. I't very hard to complain, However It's finally succed in claiming.
Here with I give you little clue of finding cheap insurance:
1. Contact the shop of Car (whether it's new or used car)
Ask them about the insurance that is really reliable insurers. They usually know more than we are about that insures, because they regularly interact with the insurers. Ask them some name of the insurers
2. Check online of the government officials website for insurance
Each state of your area has government officials website. You can search by search engine to find them. In that website you will found a lot of insurance company and their ratings of complain problems. By checking this website, you will find reliable insurers.
3. Check the J.D. Power Ratings and insurers' financial strength ratings
Both rating is used in US area, Check the insurance company that you choose to know the healthy of that company
4. If you are still confused, Consider to use agents
It's better to use the independent agent, but you can also use the captive agent of insurance company to make comparison. So you will know the fact about that insurance company that you choose.
