What is the difference

I have just been reading about the various scams on here and yes I have been contacted by some of these creeps. But I have done 2 online valuations for my Renault Clio the first is with 'wewillbuyyourcar.com' who offered me £3775 and the other 'wewillbuyanycar.com who offered me £4335. What's the catch?

Anyone any experience of the latter?
