speedo conversion from Kilometers to Miles

I am importing/re-regestering a Nissan Xtrail sport (2005) from Spain.

I need to convert Speedo from Kilom to MPH. Stick on numbers would be fine but there is a protective glass/plastic screen on the dash that covers all of the dials. Does anyone know how to remove this, is it necessary to remove the whole dash (I hope not!!)

have a look on ebay. there are a few people selling speedo faces. I have fitted one in a Isuzu Trooper, fitted perfect & looked just like the original. It took about 1.5 hours to fit and only needed a bit of super glue to stick the original needle stop to the new face. The mileage will still be in kph, there is now way to change this.
