I recently was going down a steep hill, as I was going round the bend, I lost control, dont know if it was black ice, or my steering, but the rear of my car went into a brick wall & looks written off.
My mates got me me recovery back to my house.
I got fully comprehensive insurance, so I'm going to have to claim now & more then likely is going to be my fault & the insurance am going to hate paying out.
I got MOT, but prior my accident/crash my engine light came on, but was going to get it checked out a few days later, also one of my tyres has a leaking valve.
Does anyone know what the engineer will look out for when doing the engineers report to see the car as not roadworthy resulting in the insurance not paying out? although I have MOT.
