Now that is great marketing. But I never thought someone was willing to pay £7 million for a car number plate bearing the figure "1".

However, the WEL 5H plate does not quite match the £7 million paid recently by billionaire businessman Saeed Abdel Ghaffar Khouri for a car number plate bearing the figure "1".
