I do have to laugh sometimes as i get many emails from scammers sometimes 2 or 3 a day.

One of the email that i received was from a bloke in the States. In the subject box of the email was Porsche Boxster. He wrote in his email...

I own farm land in the states and i am interested in buying your Tractor. Please can you tell me the last offer on your tractor and the condition.

I decided to play games with him replied..

Thank you for your email, i have never heard a Porsche Boxster be called a tractor before and youmay find it too small to tow your straw.

Regards
Farmer Giles

Funny thing was that i never received a reply.....Funny that.

But hey guess what, i am now receiving telephone calls on my mobile from an American (Different man, i assume) saying he is working in Singapore and wishes to offer for me to buy shares off him.... The problem with this bloke is that he is extremley rude because if he calls and asks to speak to a specific person (Normally the details of the person that has advertised on the car ads). If that person is not available, he will say nothing else and just hang up. He will then continue to telephone you until the person who he is after picks up the phone themselves.

I have received another telephone call today from a man in Singapore who is also selling shares. He becomes agressive and accuses you of being rude if you tell him that you are not interested. (He will continue to ask to speak to the person who normally has advertised their name on the websites) and in this case it is my partner who is wanting to sell his Porsche. If you ask them if it is about the car they will say yes and then they will change their mind. The odd thing about these agressive and annoying people is not only are they from the same company, the telephone number that comes up when you dial 1471 does not give you out all of the number. I have spoken to NTL and the police and they advise that they have some illegal device attached to their phone which stops the full number being picked up by BT 1471.
