daughter had accident other party took full libility, my daughters car was an 06 plated hyundai getz. the insurance have paid her £1800 for it which wont cover cot of another 06 plate.as the car was written off, why should she loose out is there anything she can do, shes been punished for an accident which was not her fault.
why pay insurance as they will flog her car and get most of the money back rant over thank you

Depending on model , condition etc , but sounds like a low settlement you've accepted from insurance company , especially under circumstances .
