help me on fault findin

hi there, i got a BIG problem, on my citreon zx.

this problem has played with my brain too long and i'm about to throw away the keys...............

the trouble is with my right indicator,, its like its wired up with the headlights,,,cause when i use the indicator my headlights flash too, or when i put the headlights on, my indicator stays on.
can anyone please help me, i dont wanna take it to a auto electrian, its my project car hahaha.

dont mean to sound a prick but have you actually bothered to check if it's wired to the lights

sounds to me like they are wired in the same live / circuit as you suspect but you would need to actyally check it if so
