2006 A4 Avant breaks on 2nd day

Hi,

Has anybody heard of any problems with the new redesigned 2006 A4 Avants? A
friend bought a brand new one and it died on him the second day. The
dealership doesn't know what's wrong, still looking into it the day after.

What would you do if it happened to you?

Just wait and see.
What else did you have in mind?
Of the many parts in a car one could be faulty and this will normally occur
pretty fast after using the car.
