prices used cars fall in sept?

Hi all,

I am tempted to buy a new car - looking to spend around 15k, but I was wondering what your opinions may be on the effect of the Sept 55 plate coming out on car prices - will there be a noticable decrease in all previous plates?

Any help or shared experiences would be of use!

In my experience, as soon as a new reg or model of car replaces the last newest you will get some hit on depreciation. Its an obvious visual thing that people relate to.
