Hi Guys,
I got a huge problem: I don't know which car to buy.
At them moment I have a VW Golf Mk4 1.6 SE 2003 plate. I am thinking of selling this in the next month and expect to get about £8,500 to £9,000.
I want to buy a new/used vehicle with a maximum price of £17,000.
I have narrowed it down to these three:
Volvo S40 2.0 D 2004 plate, alloys and all other mod cons.
BMW 530 D
Mercedes M Class X reg, 60,000 miles 270CDI
Which one should I buy? My requirements are that it is a Diesel engine and has 4 doors (I have wife and child). I'd prefer a 4x4 but i only want a luxury car maker (i.e. Merc, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Saab, etc...).
I'd like a car that will last me for a few years as i don't plan to buy antoehr for a while. General luxury inside with a sound engine.
Any thoughts? May be a car I have not thought of?
