Heres a good one , I have a series 2a LWB ex-military with a perkins 4/203 .
Recently the clutch went the central inner steel plates had snapped , ( 9.5 inch plate ) I changed it and 60 miles later exactly the same thing happened again. my loca landy guy says that he has seen this happen with 5 new plates in a row and he kmows no particular reason for this to happen.
But I have had this vehicle for 10 yrs and it has never hapened before , why should it happen now twice!!
feel there must be a reason?
