Looking at 156 2.4 JTD 01/Y tomorrow. FASH with 90k miles - how many are
these engines good for and is 90 a tad high on a Y for one of those. Cam
belt has been done...but it is due a service now.

When treated well and serviced according to manufacturer's intervals,
these engines are bullet proof.

My 166 2.4 JTD has done 120.000 miles in 4 years. The previous one (164
2.5 TD) has been sold with more then 213.000 miles.

So, don't worry about 90K miles.

On that point.......around how many miles is it when the Cam Belt needs
changed, and how much is it to replace usually?
