Being limited to 60 mph, most people towing a caravan should rarely need to
use the second lane anyway, so this should not really cause a problem to a
sensible caravan tower, only the mddle lane owners club and the loony that
wants to get his foot down, because he forgot to check his mirrors to see
that caravan tailgating him.
