Josh, some explanation needed. You say that the fan is not working - the
question is if just the fan is not working, or maybe the control (check the
digits on the display) don't let you to turn it on even? I would check the
fuse (left lower from steering) - afair it is marked by a fan logo.
The fan itself is installed under the dash - don't wish you to check that,
damn terrible work. I disassembled few of 164, so if you will need a hint...
