It is indeed very clever but it is also immensely frustrating to the
law-abiding residents nearby. One man complained that he'd tried and
failed, to get a flat for his daughter built over his garage. But here were
these 'gypsies' doing just as they pleased and using up public time and
money to appeal against all regulations!

Do what they do and call himself a gypsy.

I think it's great, that they should buy land.
It works like this.
Some tinks buy land and set up a wagon dismantlers and caravan site.
I get some trucks stolen and the police can't do anything because they
bought £50K's worth of trucks for £250 cash in a pub in Hull and had the
receipt. But now they are tied down and subject to civil law.
Heheheh ;->>

And, having once had cause to visit one of these 'dismantlers' sites in
another connection, you find that their paperwork is immaculately correct ..
Haphazard, looks dog-eared and well-thumbed, and not well organised, but is
nevertheless absolutely, apparently, spot-on.

Unfortunately we also had someone pretty knowledgeable with us and spotted
their flaw .. all the receipts signatures, from loads of different people,
were written by the same person, with the same (or very similar) pen .. ;)

They are extremely clever.
