1985 Honda Accord CV joints

I have just looked at the Haynes Manuals home page, and they have not produced a manual for the Honda Accord beyond 1984. Can you tell me if the CV joints on the 1985 model can be replaced, or will I have to purchase a complete driveshaft, as was the case for the Pergeot 106 1996 diesel model I used to own?

If the CV joints can be purchased as separate items, are the inboard and outboard joints the same? Part numbers would be appreciated, plus the name of a reliable UK supplier.
