Cheers Dave. I thaught it might be a little further in the future.
Tomorrow is a little too soon to fit a new centre box and get an MOT. :-)
Which particular club is it? Seems there is more than 1.
You going?
Mike.

Strange 'post' to remove....
I've seen B / C post's removed but not only half of that combination !

IIRC, there's only the one SD1 club now.

Not a bad turn out - maybe 150 cars, and some very nice ones too. One of
the TVR racers on display, and a motor show 2600 with no doors or C post
on the near side.
Had an offer I couldn't refuse on a set of 4 door skins from Rimmers -
even although I only really need two. (Dents rather than rust)
The club shop had some track control arms for sale - two pairs that had
been booked by an Italian member who cancelled when he found out the
carriage costs.
They were a third of the price I paid a few weeks ago, so I've now got
another set. ;-) I'm glad I got there early as the others went shortly
afterwards - as did Rimmers other door skins, and they don't seem keen on
doing deals over the phone.
The venue wasn't as good as Billing - a very rough field, and expensive
catering. 1.60 for a coffee. The shopping area was sort of a craft place
with prices to match.

Well, Rover call it the B/C post in the workshop manual so in this *one*
case you're right to be fastidious. ;-)
