Hair dryer. not too much of it. just enough to make the glue soggy then peel it off watching not to burn your hands.

Washing up liquid is also effective on some glues but its a slow job.
try using a nail brush with it. :)

I've not tried it with glue but I have with tape residue and gum and that's to just use a pencil rubber on it - it just balls up and comes away. If not then I recommend the washing up option mentioned above.

BRAKE CALIPER CLEANER from my experience this works best have tried all sorts this is the best safest way to remove sticky residue without scratching/damaging your paintwork. make SURE and give it a good coat of polish afterwards as it will remove all layers of polish that has been applied.

you can also use petrol on a mutton cloth that will lift the glue off just make sure your in a open space and no one is smoking around you then give it a polish

i took them off a corsa once - full length of car on both sides - valeter i knew used a mild solvent remover to get the job started then used a razor blade (held totally flat against the panel to avoid scratches) and slid it along, quick t-cut and polish later the job was perfect

good luck
