Back in the early 70s, my sister lived for a few years in Sydney.
When she visited me in the YooKay one time, I loaned her a 2000E
Cortina that I was tarting up to sell. I thought it went pretty well
for a car of that era and asking money.

A week later, she tossed the keys back to me and told me that there
was something wrong with it. To cut a long story short, it turns out
that back in Australia, she had been used to driving a Cortina (or
whatever they were called there) with a much larger V6 or 8 engine.

She also told me that she'd collected several tickets for speeding
between Sydney and Perth, a trip she had to make regularly.
Considering the distance involved, and the scenery along most of the
way, I can understand. Though I'd have looked into airplane
schedules, in her place.
