Hi !
In 70's Opel Kadett and Vauxhall Viva were totally different cars. Opel
Kadett has 1078cc engine and Vauxhall Viva HB 1159cc engine. Even engines
and gearboxes look same, they are not interchangable. Also smaller parts
(brakes, bearings etc.) come from different manufacture. Opel uses ATE brake
parts and Vauxhall uses Girling or Lockheed.
Have you tried ebay in Germany (www.ebay.de). They have lot of Kadett B
parts there. I have also seen Kadett parts in ebaymotors (in USA).
You can also check this web page

which sell Opel Kadett B parts.
