Chatting to a guy in a local bodyshop, who was spraying a modern car
with no mask or extractor ! I asked him if it was cellulose knowing that
2 pack would have probably killed him !
He said it was not cellulose but ' base coat ' and would be followed
by lacquer. He never uses 2 pack.
An excellent finish seemed to be acheived with minimal effort. Any
base coat overspray seemed to be melted into the surrounding area
when the laquer was applied.
Any more info. on this would be appreciated as I thought cellulose
was still the only safe diy / home option.
