Please be careful when buying or part exchange your car to the small motor trader garages.
Please DO NOT go to a so-called 'motor trader' called 'BEST CAR DEALS' located in 295 HYDE ROAD, Manchester, M12.
http://www.bestcardealsltd.co.uk/44947/BestCar.htm
This trader offered me a fraud transaction and refused to make a refund or a return when I realised there's something not right immediately after I have paid the money.
I took my previous car to this garage for a part exchange and the seller called 'SAM' who dealt with this transaction deliberately providing me false and misleading information saying that the car is in working condition and has a valid MOT when I asked him for that. After I have make the payment, the fraud 'Sam' provided me the MOT certificate and I noticed myself that it has been expired last month!! And also the front windows are not working but the seller didn't let me know the exact condition when I was viewing the car until I discovered it myself. He was so irresponsible saying that 'he's selling the car not the window', it's not his business and I have to repair it myself, this costs me £160!! However, this is not the most important part, the most unacceptable issue is that the car cannot pass MOT test when I took it to the motor repair garage and I need to pay £900 to repair it!!!!!
This fraudulent seller used to post advertisements on the auto trader website. I have already reported this case to the auto trader customer service and the manchester fair trading office. Please do the same if you have been cheated by someone like this fraudulent dealer 'Sam'.
This motor trader is absolutely a fraud and all people living in or near Manchester have to be highly alerted of this dealer!! Do not to be a second victim!!!
