My friend got a ticket for no insurance when he had just bought insurance the same week. 1800 Safe Auto cancelled his insurance the same day they took his money because they said there was a ticket not reported. He then had to send them some extra money after the cops notified him he was uninsured. Now he has to go to court in February and plea his dang case. My friend is steaming mad about all of this and I told him that it will probably be dismissed as he was not intentionally driving with out insurance, and that he thought he had some. I hope this works out. I feel sorry for him.
