    Hi,

i had a previous claim with my previous insurer, norwich union, in May 07 and changed to a different insurer in Feb 08. its now June 08, so i'm guessing that i've got a years no claims? but i rang up norwich union because my new insurer (Bell) said that i need proof, but norwich union said that i cant have a years no claims if i was with a different insurer for some of that year? surely thats got to be wrong??

    Cheers for any help!

    James

It doesn't work out that way unfortunately. You accumulate a full's year no claim or nothing at all. If you had been with Norwich Union till April 07, then you would have got a year's no claim for you to use.
