    hi.

im 21 years old (22 in october), passed my test in april/may 2005 (3 years ago). ive never had insurance or driven since i passed as ive never been able to afford it... but now i can!

when i get an online insruance quote its in the region of 500-650.

ill be driving a 3 door, nissan micra. 1.0 ltr, R reg.

i tell them ive held my license for 3 years, i tick no for claims in the last 3 years, i tick no for any convitions in the past 5 years, because all that is the truth, but does it actualy apply to me and making my insurance as cheap as it is due to the fact ive never driven since passing?

does holding my license for 3 years make any difference due to the fact ive not been insured/driven since passing?

does no claims in the past 3 years make any difference due to the fact ive not been insured/driven since passing?

i think you get the jist of what im saying. any help and answers would be much appreciated.

    thanks

that sounds about right mate it gets cheaper every year you held a license for plus when you get 25 years old and over it will be even cheaper but with online quotes theay change all the time so it can go up or down all the time so when you are ready to get it it may be a bit more
