Personal circumstances forces very reluctant sale.
Sleeps up to 6, seats up to 10 in comfort (all with seatbelts). Comfortable enough for long term living, spacious enough to entertain. The drivers and passengers seat swivel to enhance the lounge area as does the barrel chair. The RV boasts: Full size fridge/freezer, oven, 3-ring hob, microwave, walk around Queen ‘Island’ bed in rear, bathroom with flush toilet, separate shower, carpeted throughout (except kitchen area), kitchen area has wipe clean floor, kitchen also has double sink. A large solar panel is fitted to the roof and it has a 4kw Onan generator is built in. It has large tanks for: LPG; fuel; fresh water; hot water; grey water; black water; hot and cold water in kitchen, bathroom & shower. There is also a complimentary electric ‘site only’ scooter, a large roll out awning, 2 new house batteries, ample 240volt sockets for mains hook-up/generator, tv/video/dvd player with Freeview box, stereo radio/cassette player with 4 speakers, ample lockers/cupboards/wardrobes both inside and out, Thatcham cat 1 alarm/immobiliser system, all tyres treated with Protex, blown air central heating to all areas, multi-level overhead air conditioning/fan, towing hitch and much more. It has a 7.5ltr Chevrolet petrol engine which is surprisingly economical, surprisingly quiet but enormous oomph especially going uphill, automatic gearbox with overdrive and very efficient cruise control. Dash also has separate multi-level air conditioning. With fuel prices the way they are this is probably as economical, if not more so, than a diesel engine. It is truly under 7.5 tonnes and can be driven on an ordinary car licence, it is also taxed and MoT’d as a car. It is 31 feet in length and only 95 inches wide, far easier than manoeuvring an average sized car and caravan. In excellent condition inside and out, must be seen to be appreciated.
