| What things have gone wrong with the car? |
Having owned the brand new car for two weeks we went on Holiday and it broke down twice, a complete power drain, since then in the 6 Months wehave had the car it has been in the garage a further 6 times. Allproblems so far have been electronic related, Cat sensors, anti lock brake failure, back door lock not working, on board computer replaced. The car is a very comfertable car, the technology though is flaawed. I would not wish one of these cars on my worst enemy. |
| General comments: |
If the car isnt bad enough the dealer service (Dixon Motors is appauling. No one takes responsibility, not a single call to me to tell me how things are going I always have to call them, the cars I have been given whilst mine has been in the shop have been nothing short of miserable and no customer care what so ever. I called Citroen head office yesterday to complain and guess what, they have not called me back
No matter what offers are on, no matter how tempting the car is do not buy it, get a ford or a chrysler, as the C8 is the worst car I have ever had. |
