| What things have gone wrong with the car? |
Rattling noises coming from back end of the car. Crown Acura can't seem to find the problem, and they had changed the struts twice and they had changed most of the suspension parts and still can solve the problem. Gas gauge wasn't working properly so they changed the whole gauge dashboard. When going on bumps noise coming from the front of the car and they replaced the rack and pinion. Also changed the front struts because it was leaking. |
| General comments: |
This car isn't as good as they make it out to be. Too many things going wrong with this car. Would not buy another Acura or a Honda. Toyota is the car to get and they give way better service and the management care about their customers. The mechanics at crown acura don't seem to know and have the proper training to fix the car, and the service manager doesn't have the time of day to care. |
